[NEWS] Jack Grealish has revealed his Mason Mount ‘dream’ amid talk of £100m Chelsea transfer

Jack Grealish wants to team up with Chelsea midfielder Mason
Mount.

But not necessarily on the pitch for the Blues amid reports that the
Champions League holders are said to be the ‘favourites’ to sign
the Aston Villa captain who has also been linked with a £100m
move to current Premier League champions Manchester City.

Earlier in the month, Fichajes claimed that Chelsea will make a
move for Grealish this summer now that the playmaker has fully
recovered from the knee injury that kept him out of action for a
large portion of the 2020/21 season.
If the west London outfit are able to beat Man City to the signing of
Grealish, then it’s a case of England internationals becoming
teammates at club level.

As well as the likes of Reece James and Ben Chilwell, the Aston
Villa captain would then link up with Mason Mount.

Although, Grealish is already keen on a link-up with Mount on the
popular game Call of Duty: Warzone.
And when given the option between Mount, Tammy Abraham and
Declan Rice to team up with on the game, Grealish made it clear
who his ‘dream’ partner would be.

“Mason Mount all day,” he replied. “He’s so good. I think it’s quite
well known actually that he’s good.”
Then when asked if Mount is the best Call of Duty player in the
Premier League, Grealish said: “Yeah, definitely.”

In addition, Grealish has also rejected talk of a rivalry between
himself and Mount when it comes to a place in the England side,
thus ruling out any issue if he was to complete a move to Stamford
Bridge.

“I love Mason,” he said. “It’s a bit annoying actually because he
probably gets a little bit of stick at times from it, but I’ve always
been close with Mason, I think he’s an absolutely terrific player.

“I don’t even think we’re really fighting for the same spot to be
honest.

“Like I said, I think Mason’s underrated and he deserves all the
credit he gets.

“I think people that know about football will understand just how
good he is.”
